Should the Dungeon Master begin creating time/weather for the realms?

You would have to model your posts according to the time/weather...for example, if the DM posts saying "it is now night time" or "A thunderstorm springs out of nowhere"...you cannot post right after saying how the sun blinded your charrie or that is was snowing etc.

It may help make posts more story like if it has more structure.

What do you guys think?
