Who are the Night-Walkers?

They are the Shadow King's personal servants...imbued with his own darkness...faster than elves...stronger than giants...fiercer than fire, and darker than death...

Only one problem...what int he world do they look like??

Well, i need YOUR help to figure that out. I have several pictures posted here. Please vote on the one you think best fits the above description of the Night-Walker...

I'm between 1, 3, and 5.

I like one and two for two reasons.
1. I belive the more humanoid the creapyier they are.
2 . If you were to create levels of these creatures diffrencess in looks l (I.e. levels of stations as in soldiers or ages)

Okay, i like the idea of stages....

Stage 1: number 5

Stage 2: number 3

Stage 3: number 4

Stage 4: number 1

Stage 5 (most powerful/deadly): number 2

I'm a fan of one, myself, but in the end, the choice is always the creator's. That's you.

Stages is cool, but necessary? Hmm... I think uniformity would serve The Shadow's purposes best but, then again, you decide. For those who read the Eragon saga, that idea worked out pretty well for the Ra'zac/Lethrblaka. But are they simple corrupted and broken creatures that The Shadow has transformed or manipulated for his own ends? What, exactly, are they and how to they aid their master? Is it possible for them to think for themselves or are they totally dependent upon him?
