Dungeon Master role

Here are my thoughts:


The Dungeon master has control over:

• Weather
  
  Spread/unintended effects of magical attacks/powers
  
  Damage of weapons to inanimate objects and NPCs
  
  Effects of illnesses and the speed/duration of those illnesses
  
  Rate of healing of a character, unless otherwise specified/agreed upon between admins/players
  
  Results of a PC's words/actions on the local populace/animals/spirits
  
  NPCs
  
  The environment
  
  
  

(PC is player-controlled character and NPC is Non Player-Controlled Character)
